Even though after the World Games there is a rise in the public's intention of doing excercise, football is not their choice. Partly due to the less broadcast of football matches from top leagues; moreover, there isn't any policies that encourages and support the talents in Taiwan to make a living out of football.
Just 30 Million spent on Football in Taiwan isn't enough to make the public to start putting more focus on football. I don't want to humiliate or discriminate the politics of Taiwan, but the government just isn't supportive towards sport on general in Taiwan. If they don't even think about sport, don't even think about football. ... |
